Trees Can Be a Challenge for Developers and Property Managers
We offer Arborist services such as tree protection zones, consulting services, and reports and act as the point of contact for pre-construction tree permits to ensure compliance with permit requirements.
Whether you’re trying to meet a construction deadline or keep a commercial property safe and welcoming, tree issues can stall progress, drive up costs, and create liability issues.
- Blocked access routes that slow trucks and equipment.
- Root systems undermining grading, utilities, or foundations.
- Overgrown canopies creating unsafe conditions for crews.
- City and county restrictions demanding certified arborist oversight.
- Hazards and unsafe branches over parking lots or walkways, dead or fallen trees, broken limbs/widow makers.
- Tenant complaints about fallen debris, overgrown trees and shrubs blocking walkways.
- Landscapes that look neglected hurting curb appeal.
- Unexpected emergencies when storms take down trees across driveways or entrances.
- Preparing for a new project such as a roadway or new building to be built.

FAQ - Commercial Tree Service
Do you handle large properties?
In most residential jobs, we grind stumps 4 to 6 inches below ground level, which is ideal for replanting grass or laying mulch. However, if you’re planning to plant a new tree, build a patio, or install a structure in that location, we can grind as deep as 12 inches to fully accommodate your plans. During our site visit, we’ll discuss the depth that best fits your needs.
Are you licensed and insured?
We’re licensed in Washington state and are currently pursuing Oregon licensing to serve even more developers. All work is covered under liability insurance.
Can you work around active construction?
Absolutely. We coordinate with crews on job sites to minimize disruption and schedule around peak tenant or customer traffic.
What about permitting?
We assist with tree-related permitting to help your project avoid costly delays.
What’s your turnaround time?
It depends on project size, but we prioritize fast scheduling for developers and property managers so construction doesn’t stall.
