Stephen stopped by for a quick estimate and was able to complete the stump grinding the very next day, followed by yard debris pickup the day after that.

Our Story

Family-run, and built on trust

Priority Tree Service is owned and run by Stephen and Jessica Douglas. Stephen leads the work in the field as an ISA Certified Arborist and TRAQ-qualified tree-risk assessor, and Jessica keeps the schedule running and the communication clear, the part so many tree companies get wrong.

From the start, we set out to be the company we would want to hire: certified and skilled, honest about what a tree does and does not need, and respectful of your time and your property. We do not use rotating day labor. Our crew is full-time, trained, and trusted, the same faces on every job, and we run the Tree Care Industry Association's (TCIA) safety program to keep every site sharp.

That approach has earned us a perfect 5.0 rating across 191 Google reviews and an A+ accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, here in Clark County where our reputation is everything. We are grateful for it, and we work to live up to it on every single job.

What We Stand For

Our core values guide every job

These are not words on a wall. They are how we train our crew, how we talk to customers, and how we show up on your property.

Integrity

We do what we say, and we tell you the truth about your trees, even when it costs us the bigger job.

Accountability

We stand behind our work. If we say we will be there, we are there, and the job is not done until it is done right.

Professionalism

Trained, certified, full-time crew. Clean job sites, clear communication, and respect for your property.

Respect

We treat every customer, and every tree, the way we would want our own family and yard treated.

"So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people."

Galatians 6:10

We are a faith-based, family-run company, and that verse is the standard we try to hold ourselves to with every customer and every tree.
